Quirky Weddings and Hawke Barn have teamed up to create something record-breaking – the UK’s biggest alternative wedding fair, happening on Sunday 25th January 2026 at Junction24 in Somerset. And we’re inviting the most creative, unique, and inspiring
wedding suppliers to join us!
With over 70 exhibitors (and room for up to 100), this is not your average wedding show.
South West Love Fest is all about personality, individuality, and shaking up the traditional. We’re talking:

What's included in the stand price?
All of our stand prices include the following... Your chosen stand size & location 6ft table & 2 chairs if required (excluding outside space holders) Water bottles Unlimited tea, coffee and biscuits throughout the day! Can I have electricity on my stand?
Electricity needs to be booked and paid for directly with the venue. Please indicate on your application form that you require electricity and we will send you the form and payment details to return to the venue. Electricity costs £25 per stand.
Why are stand prices so low?
The answer is simple: we want to make South West Love Fest as accessible as possible for suppliers of all shapes and sizes. With over 70 exhibitor spaces to fill, it’s really important to us that everyone – from established brands to exciting new businesses – has the chance to be part of this huge event. We’ve set our standard stand price at £125, with a new business rate of £100 for companies under two years old. This means fresh talent and long-standing suppliers alike can join in without worrying about prohibitive costs. It’s also worth noting that while Quirky Weddings has years of experience running successful alternative wedding fairs, South West Love Fest is a brand-new venture. We know it’s going to be amazing, but as this is our very first one, we want to reflect that in the pricing. Keeping stands affordable helps us bring together the biggest, boldest mix of exhibitors possible – which in turn makes the show even more exciting for couples (and more successful for everyone involved). So in short: low price, high value, maximum impact.
Can I sell food or drink on my stand?
Due to restrictions with the venue, catering and bar suppliers are only permitted to provide samples on their stand rather than run a full food/drink service. You will need to have the relevant hygiene certificates though and you may be asked to show these to your event manager. If you are providing alcohol you MUST let you event manager know prior to the event so that this can be properly risk assessed.
Can I sell my products on the day?
Yes, of course! You must remember though that we are not a festival or village fete, we are a wedding fayre! The main aim of a wedding fayre is to secure future wedding bookings, not to bring thousands in revenue on the day by selling your products. So in short, yes, we allow you to sell but if this is main aim of you exhibiting then we are probably not the right event for you.
I'm a weddingwear supplier - can I have a changing area for customers to try on outfits?
Absolutely! Please let us know if you are planning to sell 'off the rack' on the day of the show and we will make sure you and your customers have an appropriate changing area.
How do I pay for my stand?
Once you have applied online, your application will be reviewed by your event manager. We will contact you within 7 working days to let you know our decision. If you have been successful then we will send you a booking confirmation as well as an online invoice which can be paid via PayPal, debit or credit card, or bank transfer. You must pay for your stand within 14 days or it will be cancelled and offered to the next person on the waiting list. We now also offer payment in interest-free instalments through Klarna. Please select this option in your application form if you wish to use it. Please note this method is subject to approval from Klarna. If you wish to pay another way please contact our Operational Manager on lily@quirkyweddingfayre.co.uk to discuss.
What happens if the show has to be postponed?
If the show has to be cancelled for any reason then you will be notified as soon as possible about the rescheduled date for the fayre. Your stand will automatically be transfered to this new date. If you are unable to make the new date, you will be refunded any money paid in full.
What about if I need to cancel my stand?
Should an exhibitor wish to cancel their booking, they must inform the organiser via email or post as soon as possible. Cancellations made 30 days before the event will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made after 30 days prior to the event will not receive a refund.
