OUR PLAN TO KEEP YOU SAFE DURING COVID
Let's face it, it's been a pretty rubbish time! So we want you to get out there and get back to enjoying yourself by coming along to our fayres! The safety of all of our exhibitors, staff and members of the public is of the upmost importance to us at the Quirky Wedding Fayre. We have therefore implemented a number of measures to ensure that our events are as safe as possible for everyone and means that you can still enjoy your day without worry! If you have any questions then do feel free to contact us and we would like to thank you in advance for your cooperation! We can't wait to see you soon!
-
Please do not attend the fayre if you or anyone you have been in contact with within the last 14 days has any symptoms of Covid-19.
-
Face coverings will no longer be required while inside the venue but we encourage you to wear them if you are able to in order to keep our exhibitors, guests and staff safe.
-
For extra peace of mind, all of our staff and exhibitors will either be double vaccinated or have a negative Covid test before being allowed onsite.
-
Please remember to adhere as best as possible to 2m+ social distancing. There will be signs to remind you.
-
A hand sanitising station will be set up at the entrance to the venue.
-
Entry to the fayre will be via a manned queuing system. Please bear with us.
-
For VIP Ticket Holders, your complimentary bubbly will be served in disposable glasses. To keep us safe when cleaning up please make sure you keep hold of your glass and dispose of your glasses in the bins provided. Please do not leave any rubbish around the venue.
-
All of our event managers are now trained in Covid-19 awareness procedures.
We are constantly reviewing this in line with government advice as and when it comes out so please do check back before the fayre to make sure you are up to date as things may have changed. Should any local or national lockdowns be reintroduced then we will have to postpone our fayres and we will let you all know via email and on our social media pages.
Keep safe and we're looking forward to seeing you soon!
